Many of our pieces are made to order, so please allow a short processing period before shipment.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 2–5 business days
Canada: 4–10 business days
Europe: 2–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
Rest of the World: 5–20 business days
These are estimated rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact support@thequietword.co immediately.
We cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipping has begun.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact support@thequietword.co with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment and help determine the appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@thequietword.co with your order number and photos where applicable.
Please do not send the item back.
We will review the issue and may arrange a replacement, remake, refund or another appropriate solution.
